My approach to counseling is based on attachment, or the relationship interactions we have with others as I believe that it is within healthy supportive relationships that we thrive and grow. In addition to this, I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. My particular areas of interest and training are ADHD, autism spectrum, anxiety trauma, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. I am a Christian that strives to love and accept others regardless of their orientation or beliefs.
